Due to our high-powered machines and drying fans your carpets and upholstery will be around 80% dry when we leave. Usually, carpets take up to 12 hours to become completely dry and upholstery 6 hours. We recommend leaving windows and doors open, if possible, to increase air circulation and ventilation.

You are able walk on the carpet as soon it has been cleaned. However, wearing clean indoor shoes or non-rubber soled slippers is advisable. It is also advisable to stop pets from walking on the carpet and avoid heavy traffic across it during the drying process.

Yes, the products we use are child and pet friendly.

It is best to remove as much as possible from designated rooms. We understand in some circumstances large furniture can’t be removed – Beds, Large Sofas Etc. In this event we can clean around the furniture or move as we clean if possible to safely do so.
